Job Type: Full-Time Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:300pm
We're looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to focus on HOA and condominium insurance. This is a consultative (advisory) role-not high-volume sales. You'll help clients understand their risks and build insurance programs that protect shared properties and communities. You'll work with HOA boards, property managers, trustees, and condo owners to assess needs, explain coverage, and create tailored solutions.
Find new clients through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
Build and manage a pipeline of HOA/condo prospects
Meet with decision-makers (HOA boards, managers, etc.)
Present coverage options, limits, and pricing tradeoffs
Educate clients on HOA master policies (property, liability, D&O, etc.)
Help condo owners understand HO-6 policies
Identify coverage gaps (deductibles, valuation, compliance risks)
Build long-term relationships with clients
Gather underwriting info, loss history, and documents
Work with carriers to quote and place coverage
Deliver customized proposals
Support renewals and ongoing service
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
1+ year of insurance sales experience
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Ability to explain complex info simply
Self-motivated and organized
Experience in an independent brokerage
Commission:
10% on new business
3-5% on renewals
